The Challenge

EZY FIT sought ANGA's expertise to develop an advertising strategy aimed at increasing daily messages on Meta Ads and daily conversions on Google Ads. Additionally, they required an SEO strategy coupled with website revisions to boost user engagement and foster website growth, ultimately driving higher sales.

Despite being an early online adopter in their market, EZY FIT's initial digital performance was underwhelming. Declining website traffic and sales led to competitors significantly outpacing their growth, making this a critical need for strategic intervention.

For our Meta Ads campaign strategy, we scaled campaigns based on winning audiences and by province. We also regularly adjusted budget pacing according to market demand and conducted monthly creative testing. This ensured our creatives consistently captured audience attention and drove more chat inquiries.


2. Increasing Conversions via Google Ads


To boost conversions on Google Ads, our focus was on driving the target audience to the website to contact EZY FIT via LINE. We initiated CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), enhancing landing pages for easier conversions by adding registration forms, contact channels, and clear Calls to Action. We also consistently monitored search demand and market competition monthly, adapting keywords and bidding to the competitive landscape. Furthermore, bidding adjustments were made based on target audience, location, and optimal conversion times.


3. SEO Friendly Website Structure


The client's website was new and fundamentally unsuitable for SEO. Even well-written SEO articles had almost no chance of ranking on the first page, which explained its lack of visibility. ANGA therefore conducted a thorough website audit and implemented in-depth technical SEO fixes, including URL structure, backend CMS, and redesigning the website for better user experience. This website optimization not only improved SEO performance but also enabled us to create high-quality Landing Pages for Google Ads campaigns.


4. SEO for First-Page Rankings


After the SEO Specialist analyzed competitor websites and conducted comprehensive Keyword Research, it became clear that achieving SEO success for EZY FIT would be very challenging. This was due to the inclusion of Generic Keywords (broad terms notoriously difficult to rank for). However, ANGA successfully secured first-page rankings for these keywords as targeted, resulting in continuously high Website Traffic. The Results
